How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Due to the fact that our products are sourced and shipped internationally from suppliers all over the world, shipping times for your order may vary.

Please keep in mind, that this is the reason we are able to offer such great prices on our products.

Once shipped, your order will arrive within 10 to 12 business days for the following countries: United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Ireland, Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium, Spain, New Zealand, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Austria, Russia, Hungary, Italy, Malaysia, Singapore, Switzerland, Portugal and Israel.

Other countries can take up to 20 business days, depending on customs clearance.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

How do I track my order?

We use a service called AfterShip to track all of our order deliveries.

If you have your tracking number (it should be listed on your order details page), you can click the link below and enter the tracking number to get the last known location of your package.

Why did I only receive part of my order?

Not to worry, your items had to be shipped separately.

We work with different suppliers and manufacturers worldwide, and your order more than likely contains products from more than one different supplier.

Why does my tracking link say 'Expired'?

This could be due to a number of different reasons.

Most of the time this is simply an error with our tracking system and we can quickly re-track your package for you. If your tracking link says ‘Expired’, please contact us here and we will take care of you.

Do you ship to my country and what are the shipping rates?

We ship worldwide. The exact shipping rate may change based on the item weight and the destination country. We will always suggest the most appropriate shipping weight for our customers to help to save money. Our primary goal is always to deliver your items in a timely and safe manner.

Where do your items ship from?

We are a global online retailer. This means our products are sourced directly from suppliers all over the world. This is why we are able to offer such great pricing.

Most of our suppliers are located in Asia. In addition we are starting to bring on EU based suppliers to allow for faster shipping for our U.K. and European customers.

Also worth noting: If you purchase multiple different items through our site, it is likely that they are from different suppliers and will be shipped and arrive separately.

Can you guarantee delivery before a certain date?

If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. Please buy a month in advance. Otherwise, there is a risk of the item not arriving on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before the holidays.
